Frequently
Asked Questions
Why are specialist qualifications important?
Medical
Photographers (BSc) are specially trained to show injuries
or anatomy accurately and fully and have the specialist equipment
required to do this
How can this help in Legal Cases?
Maximum
compensation can
be won in personal injury cases when scars and injuries are
photographed in a way which shows
their full extent
and impact.
We can
prove images are a true and accurate record and have not been manipulated.
You therefore have peace of mind that the photographic evidence will
not come into question
Why is Medico Legal Photo different to the high street
photographer?
High
Street Photographers are often unqualified and have no idea
about their legal obligations to the
client,
or the legal protocols
for images. The authenticity of their work may
be questioned and therefore the photos will be of little
or no value
What
do you provide?
Along
with the value of our expertise, we offer flexibility, fast
turnaround, convenience for the client. You get a full set
of prints - fully illustrating the injury with correct lighting
and measurements. These are labelled on the back with all
relevant details.
A
signed letter of authenticity adds
value and gravitas to
the evidence
