for Personal Injury or medical negligence cases:

You can post or email a letter of instruction.

We can contact the client directly if you send us their address and at least one telephone number.

Alternatively, we are happy for the client to contact us directly for an appointments, as long as a letter or email of instruction including the reference number and contact details is given by yourselves first. Also please give a brief descrition of the injury and area to be photographed

We just need your name, details and reference number directly from your solicitor and you don't have to pay anything to us- that's usually taken care of by your legal team
